History:
Patient presented with chronic abdominal pain, weight loss, and low-grade fever (History of symptoms).
Diagnosis:
CT scan and colonoscopy revealed typical Intestinal Tuberculosis strictures/ulcers.
Surgery:
Medical management was initiated. For the severe stricture causing obstruction, a limited resection and anastomosis was successfully performed. Patient is stable.
