History:
Patient presented with severe abdominal pain and rigidity following blunt trauma (accident).
Diagnosis:
X-ray confirmed Pneumoperitoneum (free air).
Surgery:
Emergency Exploratory Laparotomy performed. Perforation site identified and sutured successfully. Patient is stable.
